  • the operating system of your internet-enabled device
  • the device type used,
    to optimize the user-friendliness and handling in the online shop,

are captured and saved. The legal basis for this processing ensues from Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR with the following legitimate interests:

  • Optimization of the connection setup,
  • Guaranteeing and optimizing the user-friendliness and handling of our website,
  • Ensuring system security and stability
  • Security / law enforcement in the event of a cyberattack.

5.2 Creation of a user account

You can create a user account during the ordering process. Your data entered during the ordering process (name, delivery address, billing address, telephone, email) will be stored beyond the order processing as long as your user account exists.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The data will be stored in your customer account in accordance with Art 6 (1) (a) with your consent. A revocation of the consent, as well as an request for access, correction or deletion of the personal data or the customer account is possible by email to datenschutz@lsk-es.com.

To process your order, we work together with the following service provider(s), which support us wholly or partially in the execution of concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transferred to these service providers in accordance with the following information.

The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery within the scope of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.

We will pass on your payment data to the commissioned credit institution within the framework of payment processing, if this is necessary for payment handling. According to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to information about the following information:

According to Art. 16 DSGVO you have the right to immediate correction of incorrect data concerning you and / or completion of your incomplete data stored by us. A request for this is possible by email to datenschutz@lsk-es.com.

6.3 Right to erasure

According to Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand the deletion of your personal data if the requirements of Art. 17 (1) GDPR are met.

This right will be converted into a restriction of processing, as long as the data are required, inter alia, for the performance of legal obligations, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defense of rights.

6.4 Right to restriction of processing

According to Art. 18 GDPR you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data,

  • as long as the accuracy of your data is disputed,
  • if you refuse to delete your data due to inadmissible data processing and instead request the restriction of the processing of your data,
  • if you need your data to assert, exercise or defend legal claims after we no longer need these data for purposes of our purpose
  • if you have filed an objection based on your particular situation, as long as it is not certain that our legitimate reasons prevail

6.5 Right to notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing

If you have asserted your right to rectify, delete or limit the processing to the person responsible, according to Art. 19 GDPR it is obligatory to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been corrected or deleted or that processing be restricted unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.

6.6 Right to data portability

According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible, insofar as this is technically feasible.

6.7 Right to withdraw a given consent

According to Art. 7 (3) GDPR, you have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of data once at any time with effect for the future. In the case of withdrawal, we will delete the data concerned immediately, as far as further processing can not be based on a legal basis for consentless processing. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
